We've organized the process of bringing VDLC into an organization across three documents. Read them in order: gauge where your team is now, decide the next step, and confirm whether that step is actually paying off.

Document	What it covers
Maturity Model	The criteria for the 4 levels (Exploring–Practicing–Compounding–Systematizing) and an 18-question self-diagnostic checklist. Start by confirming where your team is.
Adoption Roadmap	Pilot → context asset-building → team rollout → organizational standard: the goal, work, and completion signal for each of the four steps. The maturity levels and the steps correspond to each other.
Metrics	The definition, measurement, interpretation, and gaming-prevention for the 4 metrics: cycle lead time, rework rate, verification pass rate, and context asset growth.
